Google has taken over the information technology industry and now they have aimed to capture the smartphone industry as well. Google surprised the market by introducing Pixel 2 last year, which proved to be a great hit. Almost 4 million phones were sold in 2017 and the sale continues this year as well. A few months back the news breaks out regarding the introduction of Google Pixel 3. Eventfully the new was confirmed by Google, but the features were not revealed. The news about the designs kept on disclosing. However, everyone knew that Google is coming up with something surprising.
After a long wait and a lot of guessing by the curious customers, Google has finally confirmed the features of the new Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3XL.
It was revealed by Hammers offer that the phone display will increase. Pixel 3 taking a bigger jump to 5.4 inches from 5”, whereas pixel 3XL taking a considerably smaller jump to 6.2 inches from 6 inches. But the good part is that the increase in the size is actually an increase in the display. The dimension is similar to the pixel 2 only the bottom and top is reduced.
- Pixel 2: 145.7 x 69.7 x 7.8 mm
- Pixel 2 XL: 157.9 x 76.7 x 7.9 mm

Another modification was revealed regarding the placement of the sim tray. The new placement of the sim tray will move from the side of the phone to the bottom beside the USB-C port. The reason behind this change is not known yet, but there must be some reasoning behind. They will hold on to the exclusive dual front speakers in spite of the shrunken bezels.
Some news spread-out also claimed that the Google Pixel 3 will be entirely designed with a glass back and an addition of wireless charger. However, this would be a smart and exclusive move but this would definitely cost them the durability of the phone.
How can a company come up with a new phone and make no changes in the camera of the phone? Although the single rear camera of the pixel 2 was providing excellent photos, this new dual front cameras in the Google’s Pixel 3 will give you a completely intriguing experience. Even after such appealing developments, the new phone is still being criticized for the lack of an optical zoom. There is a chance that Google is going to increase the prices of the Pixel during the launching year.
