Google does it again by doodling the perfect Google Christmas logo. For those who don’t know Google puts up variations of its logos according to different occasions and events, these designs are referred to as Google Doodle.
As tomorrow is Christmas Eve, today marks the first day of the holiday season which will be followed by Christmas and New Year. People are high on the holiday spirit, singing carols, wrappings gifts, and decorating their houses and Christmas trees.
Google further ignited the holiday spirit of the warmer climate regions such as Argentina, Australia, Cuba, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Thailand, New Zealand and Uruguay; by designing a separate Google Christmas logo for them.
Both the Google Doodles for the Christmas logo show the letters G-O-O-G-L-E singing a Christmas Carol, ‘Tis the season. This carol lyrics from “Decks the Halls” which is an 1862 Christmas carol. The doodle for the colder weather regions shows the letters sinning under a post lamp whereas the letters in the warm weather region are singing under a palm tree.
The Google logo pays a tribute to the festivities of the season, as Christmas celebration is incomplete without caroling. Carols are as important as Santa Claus, Reindeers, and Snowman’s.
